This Privacy Policy explains how AlarmiFex ("AlarmiFex", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AlarmiFex iPhone app and the website at alarmifex.amdose.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account details. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers (including sign-in details from Apple if you use Sign in with Apple).
- Alarm content. The songs you upload, audio you import, and voice recordings you create as alarm sounds, along with the trims, titles, and settings you apply to them.
- Published sounds. If you choose to publish a sound to the AlarmiFex catalog, the audio, title, description, artwork, and category you submit become available to other users.
- Support messages. Information you send us when you contact support or submit the contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Basic information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and anonymous usage events that help us understand reliability and fix bugs.
- Diagnostics. Crash logs and performance data used to keep alarms firing reliably.
AlarmiFex uses Apple's native AlarmKit to schedule alarms and plays sounds that have been downloaded to your device, so your alarms can ring on silent, on Focus / Do Not Disturb, on the lock screen, and offline. Alarm scheduling itself happens on your device.
How We Use Information
- To provide the core service: scheduling alarms and playing your chosen sounds.
- To store and sync your sounds, recordings, and settings across sessions and, where you enable it, across devices.
- To operate the sound catalog and show sounds that you or other users have published.
- To process purchases and manage premium features and subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- To diagnose problems, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
Microphone and Audio
If you record your own voice as an alarm, the app asks for microphone permission. Recordings are created only when you start a recording, and are stored as your alarm content. You can delete a recording at any time. We do not access your microphone in the background or use recordings for any purpose other than the alarm features you use them in.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium features and subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Your purchase and subscription status may be shared with us by Apple so we can unlock the features you bought.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. Hosting, storage, analytics, and crash-reporting vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Apple. For sign-in, alarm scheduling (AlarmKit), and purchases, as described above.
- Other users. Only the sounds and details you actively choose to publish to the catalog.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Sounds and recordings you delete are removed from active systems within a reasonable period. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Delete individual sounds and recordings, or your entire account, from within the app or by contacting us.
- Withdraw a sound you published to the catalog.
- Manage microphone and notification permissions in your iPhone's Settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Children's Privacy
AlarmiFex is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app.
